Magnafi Aesthetics is a mobile practice and each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. The following policy ensures we can continue to offer unhurried, private care at your home.
A $50 deposit secures your private at-home consultation. The deposit is fully refundable if canceled at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Within 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.
Treatment appointments require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. To receive a full refund of your treatment deposit, please cancel no less than 72 hours before your scheduled visit. Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable.
You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty provided we receive at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling within 48 hours will be treated as a cancellation under the terms above.
If we arrive at your home and you are not present, or you do not meet your appointment without notice, the full deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
In the rare event that Magnafi Aesthetics must cancel or reschedule your appointment, any deposit paid will be fully refunded or applied to your next available appointment at your preference.
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please contact our concierge if you have any questions about a refund.
